A police decision not to lay charges against a former RCMP doctor in Nova Scotia, who was accused of sexual misconduct, is being met with outrage from some of his accusers. A total of 159 people had filed sexual misconduct complaints against the retired doctor. As Ross Lord reports, the outcome of the criminal investigation has some regretting they came forward in the first place.
