Saskatchewan’s highest court rules federal carbon tax is constitutional

The Saskatchewan Court of Appeal has ruled the federal government’s carbon tax is constitutional. That’s not stopping Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe, along with other premiers, from stepping up the fight against the tax. And as Mike Le Couteur reports, the carbon tax will be a key issue in the fall federal election.
