We are learning more about one of the victims of a single vehicle crash in Eastern Passage, N.S. Halifax RCMP are still investigating the incident but we’re hearing from the grieving family of one of the three victims – a 17-year-old girl from Lower Sackville. Whitney Middleton-Oickle has more.
