A downtown Peterborough street was shut down over the noon hour following a car crash.
It happened on Haggart Street near Little Lake Cemetery.
Witnesses tell Global Peterorough undercover police were involved and that a suspect fled the scene before being arrested, but city police have not confirmed that or offered any details as of 5 p.m. Friday.
No word on any injuries.
