Woman hit by SUV on Kingston sidewalk remains in critical condition, driver charged

It’s almost been a week since a White Hummer SUV veered off Bath Road onto the sidewalk, leaving a female pedestrian with life-threatening injuries. There is still very little known about the second victim in this case, a female passenger – who also remains in hospital with critical injuries.
