A man from Pickering, Ont., is facing numerous charges after he sped away from police early Friday. Durham police said the driver refused to stop and instead sped onto Highway 401. Police gave up their chase but deployed a helicopter to keep an eye on the vehicle and then took down the suspect on foot.
