Demi Spiliotopoulos, a second-year kinesiology student at Brock University, says she was “ripped off” by Ontario utility provider Wyse Meter Solutions, which she says charged her and her roommates duplicate fees on their recent water bills. The company’s Co-CEO Peter Mills told students changes will be made and that some amounts will be credited back.
