Pilot inexperience and poor weather may have contributed to a plane crash that killed two people near Revelstoke

Fifteen months after a plane went down near Revelstoke killing the two people on board, the Transportation Safety Board has released its report into the crash. It suggests bad weather and pilot inexperience may both have played roles. Klaudia Van Emmerik has the latest.
