Two-and-a-half weeks after it closed, we’re getting an idea tonight when Highway 97 near Summerland may fully re-open. Rockslides blocked the heavily-travelled route at the beginning of the month. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the Transportation Ministry is hoping traffic will once again be flowing on the highway by the end of next week….if nothing goes wrong in the meantime.
