Sgt. Jay Finn gave a rundown of the events that occurred on Dec. 5 and 6, 2018, when several Kingston schools were put on lockdown due to threats over the phone, saying that they believed a youth from the United Kingdom was responsible for 7 counts of public mischief and 7 counts of uttering threats, and that they are seeking a warrant for his arrest. There are no confirmed plans in place to extradite the youth.
