Penticton Indian Band stands by three members guilty of trespassing

Guilty pleas all around from three members of the Penticton Indian band. The three were charged two years ago after tracking and killing two elk on private property. One of the accused is a band councillor. As Kelly Hayes reports, despite the guilty pleas, the band stands by its three members.
