Defence Lawyer Rachel Lichtman spoke to reporters after students charged in St. Michael’s College assault investigations appeared in court on Monday. She said that the Crown has onus to disclose witness statements, video, audio to use against the accused, with more forthcoming until the next court date, which was put over until Feb 25.
