For dozens of Okanagan parents, getting their kids into French immersion has become a test of their winter survival skills. In a display of dedication, parents in Vernon spent the night camped out in a registration line-up. While parents have mixed feelings about this mid-January ordeal, the school district believes it is the fairest way to run registrations. Megan Turcato has more.
