It’s an upscale development slated for a quiet area near Casa Loma. And while many people agree development in that area is not a bad idea, it’s the scope of the proposal that has some opposing the plans. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the developer was hoping to move the project forward this week but city council told the company it must first consult with area residents.
