One of two brothers accused of second degree murder in the death of 14-year-old Riley Driver-Martin was out on bail at the time of the boy’s death, according to court documents. Nicholas Mahabir is also currently facing charges including robbery and threatening death or bodily harm, among others. Jamie Mauracher reports.
