Police in Victoria, B.C. say they had a “very scary” experience on Friday after a driver going through a holiday roadblock tried to offer a hamburger to an officer instead of their licence, but said what made it scary was the driver nearly struck on officer and a Reserve Constable on his approach to the roadblock.
