Higher, faster, stronger: Brie Larson shines (literally) in new Captain Marvel trailer

After Air Force Pilot Carol Danvers (Brie Larson) is granted cosmic powers by an alien civilization known as the Kree, she uses her new abilities to battle the shape-shifting Skrulls along with a young Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) in this 1990’s-set prequel film to the current “Avengers” franchise that introduces Marvel Studios’ first solo female-fronted super hero movie.
