The Toronto District School Board paid tribute to one of its students on Friday. Jeremiah Perry drowned while on a field trip to Algonquin Park in 2017. He was one of more than a dozen students who failed a mandatory swim test, but was still allowed to participate. Shallima Maharaj reports.
