Wed, Nov 28: The parents of a teenage boy who drowned in a Rosemont-Petite-Patrie pool last February say they plan to sue the city of Montreal. The family of Blessing Claude Moukoko says it doesn’t understand how the teen could have been left unsupervised in a pool when it was obvious he did not know how to swim. As Global’s Phil Carpenter explains, the family also wants the school board held accountable for their son’s death.
