CFL commissioner Randy Ambrosie addressed how the football culture is different in each team city and how the league came up with the idea to grow the game and play in Mexico. He also signed a letter of intent Friday with the Liga de Futbol Americano, an eight-team Mexican semi-pro American spring football circuit.
