It’s supposed to be a happy time–the birth of a child. But for some moms—it’s anything but. More than one third of new moms suffer from postpartum depression, and for some of them it can be debilitating. Tonight an Okanagan mom shares her story about postpartum depression and as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the special yoga class that helped her fight it.
