Jody Cormier has been charged with criminal negligence causing an explosion that rocked a Whitby house after he attempted to make cannabis oil in the basement of the home. Marianne Dimain spoke with one of the occupants who had luckily just stepped out before the explosion took place to pick up her seven-year-old daughter.
