Mon, Oct 22: The Borough of Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce is set to plant 81 new trees in Girouard Park this week. As Global’s Billy Shields explains, the goal is to replace the trees that were downed by a 2017 microburst and others that have been ravaged by the emerald ash borer.
