Cyclists protest closing of Jacques Cartier Bridge bike path

If you use the multipurpose path on the Jacques Cartier Bridge in the winter, you’ll have to find another route. The Crown corporation responsible for the bridge has decided to close it again citing safety concerns. That’s upset some users who say they have been fighting for years to keep the path open year round. Phil Carpenter has the story.
