He hadn’t seen his mom in nearly three years. So when the Kelowna man flew her out to the Okanagan from Jamaica for a visit, it was a very happy reunion. But not long after, the joy turned to sadness when his mom suddenly died. Now he’s desperately trying to raise thousands of dollars to fulfill his mom’s final wish. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
