Mount Eneas fire – organized chaos

The scene on highway 97 south of Peachland — at the base of the mount Eneas wildfire is slowly returning to normal. That’s where our Kelly Hayes spent the day covering the fire — a fire that some say got away from the wildfire service, but officials say it all came down to resources and priorities.
