Trudeau shakes up cabinet, adds portfolios for 5 backbenchers

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau shook up his cabinet on Wednesday, moving ministers into new jobs and added five new portfolios. The move comes more than a year before the next election, and it’s clear he’s doing it in the hopes of securing another majority. Mike Le Couteur reports.
