For several months now residents in a West Kelowna neighborhood have been watching their neighbour’s yard transform into what resembles a landfill. They’ve complained to city hall and pleaded with the homeowners to clean it up. The frustrated residents say the yard is not only an eyesore but a health hazard. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, today they finally got some action.
