1 lifted into the air, 3 flipped into water as wind gust hits rafters on Calgary’s Bow River

There were some scary moments on the Bow River for a group of rafters Friday. A wind gust sent one person flying into the air and flipped another three into the water. Lisa MacGregor reports on how the bizarre incident happened.
