Did birds or a plane cause mess on Kelowna woman’s car?

Part two of a story involving a Kelowna woman who claims her car was covered in human waste dropped from a plane. Since Global News broke the story, another Kelowna resident has come forward claiming the same thing — and the two complainants only live blocks apart.
