IHIT believe shooting and torched vehicle in Surrey may be linked

Jennifer Palma is on scene in Surrey Friday morning following a suspicious death Thursday afternoon. Early investigations say the death appears to be a targeted attack. A burning vehicle found nearby at 187 Street and 28 Avenue may be linked to the shooting.
