The Kelowna Curling Club has just removed the ice for the season but not before a big bonspiel announcement has got curling all mixed up at the local rink.
The World Curling Federation has chosen Kelowna as the location for its 2018 tournament.
This will be only the fourth time a World Mixed Curling Championship has ever been held and the first time ever in Canada.
