Italians head to the polls for a general election on March 4, with jobs and immigration the two main issues that have dominated the campaign. Voters will have more than 20 different parties to choose from, but as Redmond Shannon reports, there is one very familiar element to this campaign—former prime minister Silvio Berlusconi is back.
