Kelowna lawyer questions enforcing driving under the influence of cannabis

In the wake of the BC government announcing its roadmap on how it’s going to deal with legalization of recreational marijuana, questions are being about enforcement — namely how the police are going to deal with drivers who are stoned at the wheel. The RCMP say they have a plan, but a Kelowna lawyer says it’s going be a challenging road ahead. Kelly Hayes reports.
