A toxicology report from a suspected overdose death in Peterborough in November has confirmed that the person had Carfentanil in their system. The drug was originally used as a tranquillizer for elephants and now
police say it is being used as a cutting agent in street drugs, and is 10 000 times stronger than morphine.
