Construction in Kelowna is at all-time high. As we reported earlier this week, the city has set a new record for the number of housing starts. There’s one area in particular that’s experiencing quite a housing boom and as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, it’s all because of a shortage of housing both on and near the campus of UBC-Okanagan.
