The expansion of a landfill in the Shuswap is prompting debate. The Columbia Shuswap Regional District has struck a $750,000 deal to expand its Salmon Arm landfill by buying a neighbouring property. But as Megan Turcato reports, some neighbours don’t want to see the expansion go ahead.
