It roused dozens of people from their sleep and forced them to flee for safety. It’s been almost a week now since a destructive fire ripped through a Kelowna condo complex. Investigators were finally able to enter the burned structure today to try and learn what started the fire. And while the cause will officially go down as undetermined, investigators do believe they know how it started.
