Could a missing B.C. dog be in Montreal?

The owner of a three-year-old Husky named Ruger, who went missing from his British Columbia home four months ago, could be in the Montreal area. As Global’s Billy Shields reports, Ruger’s family is hoping he’ll be home for Christmas.
