It’s something that should be talked about – but all too often it’s not–mental health in the workplace. But one local organization didn’t just open up the conversation, it provided courses to hundreds of its employees on mental well-being. And as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, that effort has now earned it an award from the Canadian Mental Health Association.
