Opponents say Peachland development too tall; court action launched

It has the blessing of Peachland council, and when built, will be the community’s tallest building. And that, say project opponents, is the main problem. They say the five story building is two stories taller than it’s supposed to be and so should not have been approved. The Friends of Beach Avenue Association is going to court to try to prove its point.
