A Vernon woman living with cystic fibrosis has just returned home from Victoria where she was lobbying the province to cover an expensive drug that’s changed her life. However, the B.C. government and the drug company are pointing the fingers at each other leaving Melissa Verleg to face the possibility she may have to stop taking her medication because she simply can’t afford it.
