Calgary man walks free after judge tosses confession to fatal hit and run

Wed, Nov 22: Robert Varley had his trial proceedings stayed on charges of hit and run causing death. Varley previously confessed to police that he was driving the car that killed Farida Abdurahman in July 2015. But, a judge ruled traffic investigators acted improperly in getting that statement. Gary Bobrovitz has more.
