It’s been plaguing their neighborhood for too long, so now residents of a West Kelowna neighborhood are hoping surveillance video will help them fight property crime.
Early Saturday morning a man was caught on camera attempting to break into a house and several cars. And as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the same night a neighbor had thousands of dollars worth of tools stolen.
