Donations needed to help care for badly neglected dogs that have ended up at the Kelowna SPCA

The Kelowna SPCA is appealing to the public for financial support to help care for some badly neglected animals. The shelter took in nine dogs from the Cariboo that had been living in deplorable conditions. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, most of the dogs are in urgent need of dental surgery, which will cost between $15,000 and $20,000.
