Montreal man hospitalized after overnight fight on St-Laurent Boulevard

A 23-year-old man sustained serious head injuries during a fight on St-Laurent Boulevard in the Ville-Marie borough early Tuesday morning. An 18-year-old man was arrested and could be facing aggravated assault charges.
