West Kelowna mayor insist bringing back photo radar will not be another tax grab

It’s been more than 15 years since photo radar disappeared from B.C. roadways but some municipalities say it’s time to bring it back. West Kelowna has joined a chorus of cities and towns who say photo radar would appear to be the only solution to curb speeding and reckless driving in their municipalities. And as Kelly Hayes reports, the mayor of West Kelowna says it won’t be another tax grab.
