It’s a charming and picturesque neighborhood in Kelowna but these days Kettle Valley’s scenery is marred by graffiti and plenty of it. Vandals have been targeting the area in recent weeks. The problem has become so bad, police are now involved. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, those who live and work in the neighborhood just want the vandalism to stop.
