With the Prime Minister and his caucus on one side of the street, and a high profile murder trial on the other side, you can imagine the level of response when what appeared to be an explosive device was found nearby. That was the scenario on Thursday morning in downtown Kelowna when a worker mowing the lawn found what looked like a grenade. Megan Turcato reports.
