Kelowna’s skyline has been changing over the past few years, but a decision last night by city council will take it to new heights. Construction of two towers for the downtown were approved, one of them 36 storeys high. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, not only will it be the tallest in the city, but the tallest building between Vancouver and Calgary.
